The show features the fascinating collections of photographers and artists such as Peter Blake, Damien Hirst, Martin Parr, Howard Hodgkin and Andy Warhol, offering an insight into what has inspired and influenced their work over time.
In celebration of Magnificent Obsessions opening at Barbican, we're asking London's biggest collectors and hoarders to send us a snap of their finest collection. Got a superb selection of thimbles under your bed? Or a shoe box full of beautiful bottle tops? Or a rather creepy set of porcelain cats you just can't part with? Out of all the submissions, Time Out's Art Editor, Martin Coomer, will pick his six favourite. The owner of the winning collection will win a pair of tickets to the Magnificent Obsessions private view on Wed Feb 11, and five runners up will win a pair of regular entry tickets to the show, which can be used at any time.
