The politics of food production comes under scrutiny in the Coppenhagen-based artist's commissioned short film. At just over 21 minutes, ‘Mouthfeel’ blends found footage with staged material written and acted by the artist and focuses on the implications of a globally industrialised food market that employs artificial technology. The film is accompanied by a new series of photo-text work that chronicles failed processed food products.
