Hatch Show Print: Nashville Calling

Before the Internet and TV advertising, there was a printing press, ‘Hatch Show Print’, established in Nashville, Tennessee in 1879 that created vibrant posters for musicians including Duke Ellington, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Neil Young as well as local traders and political demos. Through archival material, the vibrancy and importance of this unique company’s design aesthetic is celebrated.
