Haim Steinbach: Travel

Time Out says

Steinbach's work is all about the re-appropriation of objects by shifting context - placing Boba Fett's helmet in a display cabinet or hanging legs of Spanish ham from the ceiling. He essentially takes Duchamp's whole found object idea - that famous urinal in an art gallery - to its furthest conclusions. For his first show with the gallery he has focussed on the idea of travel.
