Small but super-detailed, Gareth Cadwallader's 'jewel portals' are hyper-realistic images showing people trapped in contemplation or attending to the quiet activities we often forget to enjoy: looking, thinking and daydreaming. This is the largest solo exhibition of the artist's career so far and it promises to provide ample inspiration for a relaxing reboot to the new year.
