It's getting dark out there, really dark. Fifteen contemporary artists grapple with the concept of 'dark matter', a substance so elusive even physicists are in dispute over whether it exists at all. While some of the artworks directly deal with the known/unknown universe, others address it more tangentially. For example, Agnieszka Kurant's 'The Maps of Phantom Islands' shows non-existent islands that have previously been included on maps, either accidentally or deliberately. Remember: in space no one can hear you scream or make art.
