In a bid to raise awareness about the 20 million tonnes of food wasted each year in the UK, this social enterprise collective host an event for east London's up-and-coming chefs to create a five-course meal out of surplus food sourced from markets and restaurants around London.
Live music – from Brooke Sharkley, The Blue Jays and Texas Radio – circus performance, storytelling and arts will entertain you while you tuck in to some prime nosh. And make sure that plate's clean at the end of each course!
