Vegetarians, look away now! There's plenty of, err, oink for your buck here as experimental composer Matthew Herbert curates an evening of music, food, art and discussion to celebrates his latest album, 'One Pig, Dead and Alive'. The record documents the journey of a farm animal from birth to plate and here, you'll be indulging in the plate aspect, with a porky three-course meal and drinks from Shacklewell Nights/Hidden Dining's Clare Roberson and foodie talent Rosie Sykes, a debate between Herbert and food journalists about ethical meat consumption, and a multi-dimensional live performance from Herbert and his band who'll be playing through the entire album. It ain't cheap, but it'll be one heck of an unforgettable evening.
