Time Out says

It is curious to see the heritage left by Tomoaki Kanazawa in Lisbon, both for what he taught, and for being in Japan and having two restaurants in Lisbon under his name. Tomo was his first address in his own name, a place where many went to see him at the counter handle the knife and inventing new creations. He passed it on to the old collaborators, who followed the traditional Japanese line, where one still eats one of the best sushi to sashimi dishes in Lisbon. There are lunch menus from € 15.50

Perfect for: knowing the legacy of one of the great Japanese chefs that Lisbon knew.
Must try: the toro sashimi.
