The Parque das Nações restaurant is the first in Europe of a Chinese chain, with dozens of spaces across China, where chefs undergo a demanding process of recruitment, training and selection. Lucly for us that get to taste the gastronomy of Sichuan, the most gourmet in the country and where spicyness is seen a lot across the menu - they use a lot of ma la, a mixture of peppers and spices that leaves the mouth dormant. Try the pulled pork and the Beijing duck.
