It was the second restoration bet of the Pousada de Lisboa (the Lisboeta left few memories) and came with a concept that the Pestana group already had in Porto. It's called RIB Beef & Wine, headed by chef Rui Martins, but in the execution of Lisbon, chef Luís Rodrigues. Respecting the name, the core of the menu are the beef cuts, such as the grilled tomohawk ribeye steak or the chateaubriand, there are several sauces and trimmings to choose from, but leave room for starters and desserts.
Perfect for: admiring/envying the lives of foreigners visiting Lisbon.
Must try: tomato soup poached the Alentejana way with poached egg and cod.
