António Galapito grew a meadow near the Sé, a restaurant where he works with livestock and organic vegetation. He uses the ingredients that the Portuguese producers tell him that are good and, therefore, does not have a properly fixed menu. Every day there is something that changes, from cuts to fish. On the other side of The Lisboans aparthotel, where the restaurant is located, there is the Prado grocery store, where they sell bulk products, jams and black pork sausages.
Perfect for: dinner with friends sick of cliches and bills of fine dinings
Must try: Barrosan meat tartar wrapped in grilled Galician cabbage
