When they transformed Cervejaria into Peixaria da Esquina, the trio Vítor Sobral, Hugo Nascimento and Luís Espadana, explained that it was an idea that had been marinating in their heads for some time. Not even on purpose, the mariandos are among the best dishes of the house - try salmon with passion fruit, ginger and coriander. Also ask for a fried cuttlefish with allioli, a curated swordfish and then finish with a prego (equally good from the sea and the land). For grilled fish lovers, you can also eat well here.

Perfect for: lunch in the light-filled main room overlooking the kitchen.
Must try: salmon marinade with passion fruit, ginger and coriander.
