By the middle of 2017 chef Marlene Vieira's kitchen could only be tried on her Time Out Market stall, where she presented (and still does) Portuguese-style dishes with original combinations. In April, she opened the Panorâmico at Tagus Park, where she has her own production space, in a menu of Portuguese products, with comfort food, but always a few chef's notes. There are some fixed dishes and an executive menu (€ 18), with different suggestions every day of the week.
Perfect for: tasting the chef's dishes with the sea in the background.
Must try: the pink swordfish tartar with peas and wasabi.
