Who doesn’t like unicorns? Well, this restaurant has a fabulous one on the wall in order to keep clients happy – Cláudia, Rita and Filipe, the three friends behind this project, say that unicorns are the animals that better represent the concept of optimism. This one even has a name: Pureza. As for the menu, it privileges fresh and seasonal products, the dishes being essentially Portuguese but also with influences from the places where the Portuguese have been (Macau, for example). The restaurant is located on the ground floor of an art gallery, Galeria Revólver, because the owners didn’t feel like working far-off the Arts.
