Time Out says

Idealized by former employees of the mythical Sushic in Almada, Nómada is a restaurant with Japanese fusion cuisine, with space for signature creations, gunkans, temakis, makis, ceviches and even carpaccios. Expect quality fish with great variety (some from the Azores), lots of technique, some interesting combinations, but also fried dishes, sauces and sugar. Recommendations? The tataki tuna, the sashimi dish and the fluffy green tea with melon and ginger ice cream.

Perfect for: fusion sushi fanatics - but in good form.
Must try: the aji tartar, seared horse mackerel, marinated and served with crispy sides.
