Since 2009, Cláudia Salú and Paulo Almeida have been feeding the “alfacinhas” (the name that Lisboners are known for) with good and healthy food. Spices and fresh herbs, they say, are the key raw materials from which they create their new dishes. They have reached more than 700 different spices and herbs, originating from of 70 different countries. They also have soups, smoothies and organic teas. The name was inspired by Puccini’s work because of the great passion that this vegetarian restaurant in Parque das Nações has with Western and Eastern food.
