Mâide

At Mâide, the doors open at 9.30am and only close in the evening, after dinner. The day starts with a breakfast and brunch menu which, at 12.30pm, is replaced by another full of dishes from different parts of the world. You can have eggs Benedict, pancakes - classic, with honey, nutella, jam or maple syrup, or Salty, with bacon, fried egg and maple syrup - or avocado toast with poached egg, cherry tomatoes and microleaves and a bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives, to which a poached egg can also be added, such as a salmon, prawn and guacamole poké, ceviche or tuna tataki, or specialities such as nasi goreng, a wok rice with vegetables, fried egg, sprouts and soya sauce with chicken or prawns; a Japanese curry, or an Indonesian beef dry curry with rice - perfect with Indonesian beer, Bintang.
