The L'Éclair at Campo das Cebolas, besides the famous éclairs, has reinforced breakfasts and a window to buy from directly for the street. The space is smaller than the Saldanha shop, but bright with only 15 seats - some on tables for two and others on the counter. The big difference is that here Matthieu, the owner of the brand, wants a greater connection with the street and those passing by. The crown jewel is a kind of egg cocotte served inside a brioche with bacon. There are also scrambled eggs with salmon, all ordered à la carte, and the usual gâteaux de voyage, called travel cakes because they do not need the cold to stand, as is the case of the macarons, the financiers, muffins and cookies.
