Tomoaki Kanazawa opened, at the end of 2015, the restaurant he always dreamed of: eight seats, Japanese tasting cuisine, seasonality and proximity to customers. In the middle of 2017, he had to return to Japan and left the kitchen in the hands of Paulo Morais, a well-known chef who maintains exactly the same philosophy in the restaurant, with ultra-creative menus that change every month. There are four, between € 60 and € 150, the reservation has to be made online in advance, and is a unique experience.
