All the staff at Jacaré da Comporta are Brazilian. From Vinie Quase Moraes to Ana Carolina, the bartender who can do everything except sing. On the other hand, the menu is mainly Italian. Dining at the bar is an experience. Start by making friends with a wild jacaré, a cocktail that mixes Zacapa 23 rum, Cointreau and magic. Get into the swing with artisanal burrata and a very thinly sliced veal carpaccio. Then there’s also the Jacaré pizza, with gorgonzola, figs and pancetta. The tiramisu is worth a tip of the hat, at least for those with a more ambitious stomach (and those who aren’t watching their weight). And the bossa nova vibe will get your feet tapping.
