It is hidden in a little corner of Príncipe Real, but it is one of the best pizzerias in Lisbon. It has a biological line of work, it only works with organic suppliers, both Portuguese and Italian, and the pizza dough, if ordered in advance, can come without gluten. The thin crust is the common denominator of all the pizzas - try the marinara or the parma - and there are other specialties like the peppers and artichokes salad or the organic burrata.
Perfect for: trying pizzas with original ingredients and very fresh produce.
Must try: the pesto pizza, with buffalo mozzarella.
