Tanka Sapkota opened in 2017 an Italian restaurant of fresh pasta, with a component of grocery store where a charcuterie appreciator is able to leave much of his salary behind. The pastas are already made for consumption in loco, in recipes of the day (lunch menu at €11.95) or a la carte and there are for take-away, also with sauces from the restaurant. You can go trusting that any one is excellent, but just between us, the green tagliatelle with shrimp is our champion.
Perfect for: filling the pantry with Italian delicacies - after eating, of course.
Must try: the burrata di Andria, from the region of Puglia.
