It is part of the wave of good Italian restaurants to have opened in Lisbon in recent years, where the raw material, much of it coming from Italy, is taken very seriously by Alessandro Lagana, the owner. Here the fresh pastas are made in the house, the spaghetti alla carbonara is authentic, brings the guanciale of Abruzzo and a mixture of pecorino and parmesan, the aubergine alla parmigiana has a regular presence on the menu and the risottos are all good. For dessert, split the fruttini gelato, several fruit peels with homemade ice cream inside.
