After London and New York, Thai ice creams have now arrived to Cascais. António Dias and Ricardo Paulos are partners at HeyMate, an ice cream parlour in Casa da Guia, one of Cascais’ coolest places to enjoy a dessert at. Flavours include a chocolate explosion (Nutella and Oreo being part of it), pastel de nata (custard tart) and lemon with white chocolate. The ice creams are made in front of the customers, using a -20oC board.
