Rome natives Constanza and Filippo lived in Lisbon for a couple of years before they thought to open this little ice-cream parlour. But it quickly found success, with queues forming outside at peak hours. Ingredients in the sorbets and ices include locally sourced fresh fruit (including the very Portuguese rocha pear), pistachios and almonds imported from Italy, port wine and Óbidos ginja (cherry liqueur).
