Miguel Rocha Vieira came from Hungary directly to Guincho beach, changing the lines of a Michelin Star kitchen with German and French veins, an inheritance of the chefs who had been there. He turned it into a very sea-oriented menu, right next to it, based on seasonality, with frequent news. That is, if you no longer catch the mullet with cabbage, cuttlefish and potato or the snapper with cevadinha and fennel, it is not Time Out's fault. Now, if you ignore sommelier Ivo Peralta, the fault is all yours.
Perfect for: experiencing the many dishes inspired in the sea right ahead of you.
Must try: the angler roosterfish, with artichoke and squid.
