Cozinha da Felicidade - Time Out Market

Susana gave Lisbon gastronomic happiness. In Cozinha da Felicidade (Kitchen of Happiness) at the Time Out Market Lisboa, the original mission was to promote traditional cuisine, but gradually began creating new dishes and ended up building an identity of its own. There are good appetizers here, like Lisbon's typical green eggs, but in a reinvented version, pork cheeks stewed with mashed sweet potato, cabbage and black pork ham - one of their first dishes - or a poultry pickle with Algarve's carrot puree. They are simple dishes but with very Portuguese flavors.
