The opening of a modern Indian restaurant in Príncipe Real was the talking point of the Lisbon community more attentive to the news. The fact that the owner was a Delhi native and settled in Berlin, where the Chutnify brand was born, fleeing from the usual dishes with mango and cream sauces and asking you to eat with your hands, were enough reasons to make it impossible to go there at Fridays and Saturdays without making a reservation. Try the pani puri for starters, the dosas (like the spicy duck one) and the bagare baingan, with eggplant, peanut, tamarind and coconut.
Perfect for: an Indian cuisine experience in a sleek and modern restaurant.
Must try: the lamb curry the Telangana way.
