The culinary festival dedicated to fire-based cuisine returns to Fiartil in Estoril for three days of great food and concerts. After Gonçalo Castel-Branco, the founder, decided to add an extra day last year, Chefs on Fire is back for a triple dose, from the 20th to the 22nd of September. Among the announced chefs, those who stood out at this year's Michelin Guide gala are featured: Vítor Matos, who earned two Michelin stars for Antiqvvm and one for 2Monkeys; João Sá (one star for Sála) and Rodrigo Castelo (one star and a green star for Ó Balcão). Also confirmed with a Michelin star are Luís Brito (A Ver Tavira), Arnaldo Azevedo (Vila Foz), and Pedro Pena Bastos (Cura) – all three making their debut at the festival where all dishes must be cooked over fire. Capitão Fausto, Bárbara Tinoco, and RIOT B2B Pedro da Linha are the headliners, closing each of the three days of the event. Daily entry, which includes five food portions and two drinks, is priced at 90€, while a three-day ticket, with 15 food portions and 10 drinks, costs 230€. The children's ticket costs 20€ per day and includes unlimited portions in the children's area.
