Café Saudade

This café in Sintra has conquered our hearts a long time ago – in 2009, when it opened, to be precise. Its giant scones, great yogurt parfaits, toasts (made out of raisin bread or yeast cake from Azores) and delicious cakes guarantee that this place stays amongst out favourites as the years
go by. The tea can be served individually or in a bigger
pot, to share. Options include Gorrean tea from Azores, an Autumn blend with apple and cinnamon, organic teas and, of course, a blend called Saudade, among other possibilities. The Internet connection is quite weak, so you’ll have to talk to your mates like in you did the old days.
