BouBou’s just opened in Príncipe Real, far from the agitation of the main streets, and its outdoors tables are perfect for the late Portuguese summer. Behind it are two foreigners who fell in love with Portugal and aim for a democratic kitchen, with various influences to please a diverse crowd.
