Time Out says

The story of Bômau began abroad, amongst India, Denmark and the United States. In between, there were many other trips and experiences at the table, until finally opening on Rua Alexandre Herculano. Multicultural and healthy, this new restaurant is actually a “a lab from foddies for foodies”. From peixinhos da horta to black bean burgers or fish with lemongrass, there is a clear bet on vegetarian options, without forgoing spices or a good gravy. But the menu comes with much more, including organic salads and dishes where NÃM’s mushrooms shine.
