Ms. Idalina has been in this small kitchen for fifteen years. She has another two cooks to keep her company, and the three ladies roam this small area carefully, in order not to trip over each other. This tight restaurant seats 45 people in two living rooms and a terrace facing the Alvalade fire station. Great Minho food is served, from "rojões" pork cubes to Minho-style cod and lamprey (by special order, when in season). Come early, as they don't accept reservations.
