Time Out says

There are some clocks in the dining room, all of them belonging to Mr. Américo Fernandes, who has been in charge of the establishment since 1988, having acquired it from the Galician family who created it in 1930. But the dominant theme is wine barrels, for a simple reason: Américo's father was a barrelmaker in Castro de Aire. and he likes to carve wood and use it. In the dining room you will find his daughter Carla in charge of the quick and affable service and in the kitchen is his wife Judite, who has a hand in all the food served.
