Inocêncio Santos used to have a workshop almost in front of Castiça, back in the day when famous TV journalist Fernando Pessa would go there for fish heads. Then he bought the restaurant, covered it in football memorabilia and earned a reputation for his barbecue. About three times a month, on Saturday nights, Inocêncio also practices his voice in fado nights with no preset program. Since former cook Ms. Libânia left the kitchen, it's his wife, Joaquina, that is in charge of preparing the day's specials.
