Martinho da Vila

The Brazilian singer-songwriter Martinho da Vila is one of the most important interpreters and authors of samba - but he also interpreted and composed numerous themes in other traditional Brazilian genres (frevos, cirandas, bossa-nova, toadas ...). He celebrates 50 years of career, on May 12, at the Coliseu dos Recreios.
