Wines by Heart, near Avenida da Liberdade, is a borderless wine cellar, where wine-friendly food is made. Here, there are bottles of all kinds and places. It is not a restaurant, but a place where good wine can be enjoyed in the company of a carefully harmonized dish. Rodrigo Osório is the one who runs the kitchen. While waiting for Wines by Heart to be ready, the Brazilian chef passed by José Avillez's Belcanto and António Galapito's Prado, where he learned the best that is done in national cuisine.
