Time Out says

In a leafy garden west of Belém, this municipal arts centre shows off works by Paula Rego, Amadeo de Souza Cardoso and other leading Portuguese artists from the past century in a beautifully restored mansion. The collection was amassed by the late Manuel de Brito, founder of Lisbon's Galeria 111, and the centre has exhibition space for contemporary work too.
