Located at the Leeds Marriott, this US-inspired grill uses 35 day-aged beef sourced from local farmers in Nidderdale. Curved leather chesterfield booths, cuts displayed on wooden boards and the amber glow of low-hanging lights complete the New York steakhouse feel.
Those cuts play a big part on the menu, with the sirloins, rib-eyes, fillets and T-bones complemented by sauces including bone marrow bordelaise, béarnaise and lemon hollandaise. You can add half a lobster to the steaks, too.
Braised shanks of lamb, sweet potato cobblers, gilt-head bream and deep fried cod fillet are some of the options not coming from the cow.
