Forget your football stuff and nonsense! Back in the day, jumping over a barrel was just as popular!
Thanks to ongoing restoration work at the British Film Institute, clips of every day life like this have been preserved for future generations to look back on and marvel at crowds of people watching grown men jump over a barrel.
It's part of an archive from film makers Mitchell and Kenyan who set out to record what was going on around them, and this lovely clip, narrated by the restorer herself, shows exactly what mass entertainment looked like back in 1902.
It'll probably be on 'The X Factor' next week...
You can buy the Mitchell and Kenyan collection from the BFI.
