Two Leeds venues are hosting Jamoboree days this weekend to raise money for charity.

L'auberge Des Migrants, who are working with refugees in camps in Calais, and PAFRAS, who provide a variety of support for refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds, will both benefit from the events.

Saturday's Jamboree is a club night, featuring local DJs creating a party atmosphere until the small hours, whereas Sunday is more of a mixed event, with live music, dance performances, DJs, cake, drinks and a raffle.

Selecting the tunes on Saturday will be the likes of Alex Ogilvie (Audio Chronicles), Amy Alford (Audio Chronicles), Greg Surmacz (Paper Tiger), Mikey Jarrell (Hifi Club, Gin N Juice), Jack Martin and Tom Smith (Cosmic Slop). Sunday's entertainment is provided by Bamboman and Greg Surmacz (Paper Tiger), Vanessa Rani Chutturghoon, Georgie Bee, Dave Lynch, Sarah MC and Jo Anne, P.L.A.Y., Gracefool Collective and Leeds Young Authors. Raffle prizes include tickets to Kendall Calling, a bike from Leeds Bike Mill and plenty more.
