The Lotus Sutra Exhibition: A Message of Peace and Harmonious Coexistence

Curated by the Institute of Oriental Philosophy (IOP) with co-organisor Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM), the exhibition displays historical photographs, illustrations, descriptions, animation and artefacts such as Lotus Sutra manuscripts, replicas of the Dunhuang grottoes and relics of Buddhist culture. Coinciding with the exhibition are a series of academic lectures by three renowned Buddhist scholars: Dr Lokesh Chandra, director of The International Academy of Indian Culture; Dr Yoichi Kawada, director of The Institute of Oriental Philosophy in Japan and Professor Lin Pao-Yao from Taiwan.
