One of the oldest costume shops in Kuala Lumpur, Costumes ‘N’ Parties is still the best in the business. Their large, well-lit premises house their extensive range of costumes (keep going, there’s an extra wing at the back), as well as stage makeup and a broad selection of wigs, hats and accessories. You don’t even need to physically rifle through all the racks, with their laminated albums ready for you to flick through.
