Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur presents Australian Week helmed by Chef Aaron Habgood, Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotel The Marina Cairns. Chef Aaron will make a special appearance at Gobo Upstairs Lounge & Grill and present his unique take on modern Australian fare. The scrumptious menu features dishes like soy dusted Tasmanian salmon with crab, surf and turf with grilled Wagyu striploin, hearty T-bone steak with herbed butter and fried potato salad and roast loin of lamb shank bone. To end, choose from the classic Australian dessert of pavlova; or if you’re a chocolate fan, the chocolate pudding is a winner. There will also be a special wine pairing session on October 24 featuring great Australian wines.
