TRACE Restaurant and Bar Christmas buffet

Located on the 40th floor of ILHAM Tower, TRACE is offering a Christmas feast with a view. Available for Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day brunch, the buffet spread features Yuletide classics such as roasted turkey glazed with spiced honey, chicken galantine with cranberry and nuts, smoked Norwegian salmon and more. For something different, you can also look forward to items such as Javanese-style green chilli paste prawn, deep-fried whole quail in sambal sauce and stuffed calamari with spicy turmeric coconut sauce.
