On Christmas Eve, look forward to indulging in options like roast prime beef ribs, lamb leg, Norwegian salmon en croûte and more. As it’s not really Christmas without a turkey, at TEMPTationS diners will be spoiled for choice with three options – classic roast turkey (with stuffing and cranberry sauce, of course); tandoori turkey and a percik-style roast turkey.
Don’t miss the array of fresh seafood or the tantalising selection of festive desserts like stollen, Yule logs, chocolate panettone, mince pies and more. The buffet comes with a glass of red or white wine, or a mocktail.
The team in the kitchen, led by Executive Chef Supi Mansor, have come up with a special Asian- and Western-inspired Christmas Day Brunch, which includes slow-roasted Australian beef ribs, baked salmon, and lamb chop with prunes and rosemary jus. Diners also get to pair their meal with a glass of red or white wine, or a mocktail.
