If you’re looking for the complete New Year’s dining package, Fraser’s Residence offers a barbecue buffet dinner at their all-day-dining eatery Relish Restaurant and a countdown celebration at Sky Gym, which is inclusive of a drink. At the dinner, expect to feast on dishes such as roasted whole lamb with aromatic herbs, chicken and beef satay, fish fillet with lemon caper sauce and more.
