Pang's Kitchen

Hong Kong’s one-Michelin-star restaurant Pang’s Kitchen has opened a new outpost in KL, although it’s hidden in the unlikely neighbourhood of Taman Desa. Helming the kitchen here is Malaysian Chef Heng, who underwent training by Pang’s Kitchen master chef and proprietor Pang Pak-Sheung prior to the opening of this KL outlet.

Even with over 100 dishes, the menu in KL is still a scaled down version of the Hong Kong menu, but rest assured you can find most of Pang’s Kitchen’s signature Cantonese dishes here. There are a variety of meat and seafood options, including goose, lamb, crab, squid and scallops. However, the crispy chicken with garlic, sweet and sour pork with strawberries, and steamed prawns with glutinous rice are standouts.
