IOI City Mall, haunt of Putrajaya and Kajang folks, has an impressive roster of F&B options, but newcomer Nine Chefs stands out for its affordable menu of Malaysian fare. On the menu, there’s something from most Malaysian states (word has it that the owners travelled to nine different states for inspiration); highlights include fried laksa (the chef spent a week at the SS14 fried laksa restaurant to get the flavours right), three-layer bandung, nasi kerabu, pisang goreng cheese, and more.
